This year, FIG Bilbao Print Festival was conducted online for the Cubos de las Tentaciones, a competition between students where they were assigned a space of a 2-meter cube to envision their artwork. Presentation of the artwork may be viewed here:

Students from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria and the University of Vilnius, Lithuania, participated in this year’s online edition which resulted in 2 winners: Elachi & James from Lithuania, and Alexander Lazarkov from Bulgaria.

Margarit Lehmann, representing Edition/Basel, was one of the 5 juries who selected the winners, presided over by Eugenia Griffero, the Director of FIG.

The winners each received a scholarship at the CIEC Foundation – the International Centre for Contemporary Printing – and were presented by the Director Fundación CIEC, Pedro Galileo. http://www.fundacionciec.com/la-fundacion/
